Aurora Dillon - Office ManagerÂ
As the Office Manager, I help keep everything running smoothly so our patients have an easy, comfortable experience. I bring a strong focus on efficiency, organization, and clear communication to everything I do.
I take pride in supporting both our team and our patients every day—whether that’s with scheduling, insurance, or simply making sure everyone feels welcome when they walk in. I enjoy creating a positive, low-stress environment where patients feel taken care of and the office runs seamlessly behind the scenes.
Outside of work, I love traveling, gardening and going to music events. You’ll likely catch me singing along—whether I’m in the office or in my car. I’m also a proud new grandmother to twin girls who bring so much joy to my life.
Teri Swanson - Patient Coordinator
As a long time patient of this practice, I was fortunate enough to be offered the position of one of the Patient Care Coordinators in May, 2013. I had come from a finance background and have found my new position to be a wonderful and challenging new experience.  I worked in the office until 2020 where I enjoyed the everyday interaction with our patients.  Since the pandemic I have been able to work remotely.  I miss seeing our wonderful patients in person but enjoy being able to talk with them over the phone.  I live in San Rafael with my husband and have two grown children, Bryan, who lives in Bend, OR with his wife, Dayna and two children (Ryleigh and Maverick) and Sara, who lives in Corte Madera with her two children (Rusty and Kylie).Â

I am Lynn Reeser and have been part of Dr Lanphier’s and the previous practice of Dr. Boero's for many years. I graduated from Ohio State but came to California a year later and feel so blessed to be part of this team. I love taking care of our many generations of patients and am proud of the excellence this office provides.Â
Milana Geyfen - Registered Dental Hygienist
I am originally from Ukraine and grew up in Toronto, Canada, before moving to San Francisco in high school. I have been a dental hygienist for over 20 years and am dedicated to providing top-notch care to our patients, improving smiles, and promoting oral wellness. I like to stay active in the latest advancements in our field to ensure a high standard of care. When I’m not in the clinic, I enjoy spending time with my husband, two daughters, and our dog Sammy. We enjoy traveling and exploring beautiful hikes in the Bay. I look forward to meeting you.
Sharon Edward - Registered Dental Hygienist
I was born in Chicago and raised in the suburbs, where I attended high school and still keep in touch with many dear friends. I went on to Loyola University, earning my degree in Dental Hygiene. My parents moved to California in the 1970s, and I followed with my children in the 1980s. I have two children, four grandchildren, and a wonderful husband, Herb. I truly enjoy working at the Lanphier dental office, where I’m surrounded by a close-knit group of women and amazing patients. In my free time, I enjoy traveling, quilting, and spending time with my grandchildren.
